Engenius are proud installers of Tesla’s Powerwall – market-leading home & business battery storage solution.
Tesla Powerwall is a fully-integrated AC battery system for residential or light commercial use. Its rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack provides energy storage for solar self-consumption and time-based control. The revolutionary compact design achieves market-leading energy density, enabling owners to quickly realise the benefits of reliable, clean power.
We at Engenius will ensure the quality of the installation will match the quality of the technology. If you’re interested in our battery installation services, call us on 01983 247981 (9am-5pm Monday-Friday) or use our contact form to quickly and easily get in touch or request a callback.
With a capacity of 13.5kWh, a standalone Powerwall will reduce your energy bills, improve your home’s energy efficiency, and help you meet carbon reduction goals. In addition to savings & RoI, the Powerwall will continue providing energy in the event of powercuts – storing a user-defined portion of power. The Powerwall’s Stormwatch service adds additional energy security, automatically storing power in the time leading up to large storms.
We recommend this battery for a number of reasons – first and foremost, it is quite simply the best, and most cost effective battery available on the market. The energy density is unprecedented, the warranty is market leading, the useable capacity (100% Depth of Discharge) is , and it is still one of the few batteries with internal temperature controls to allow mounting outside. That said, we aren’t beholden to just Tesla and we are able to install all home batteries available – give us a ring (01983 247981) and we can discuss your requirements.

We first met Engenius in 2007 when they installed our PV array, it being one of their first solar installations on the mainland. Our 28 panels have been making electricity for us trouble-free ever since. Last week they fitted our Zappi 2 charger which allows us to charge our Nissan Leaf with our own home-grown power. We are impressed with their patience and skill, allowing us to understand and join the age of renewable energy and enjoy the benefits.

Solar Immersion Diverters
Engenius offer Immersion Diverters as part of a new PV installation or retrofitted to with existing PV array. These increase your consumption of the energy generated by your solar energy to 100%, using excess generated electricity to heat water instead of being exported to the Grid. By using all your generated energy, this can maximise both your savings and carbon reductions easily.
Home batteries offer a great investment to anyone with solar or Time of Use tariffs. By storing energy – either the excess generated by solar arrays or bought overnight on cheaper tariff rates – they can discharge whenever you need power. Engenius are proud installers of the Tesla Powerwall 2, the most cost-effective battery on the market.
A few key points to help you decide which solar PV Module to choose for your project.
The often overlooked key to unlocking these technologies’ maximum potential is electricity tariffs – what should you go for?
A lower Solar PV installation price may come back to bite in the future and harm actual profitability, as system design and components aren’t optimal.
Key considerations when choosing the critical parts of your solar system.
